Preparation
- 1
Grill the Chicken
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Grill the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side until they are cooked through and have nice grill marks. Once done, remove from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
- 2
Prepare the Vegetables
While the chicken is resting, wash the romaine lettuce thoroughly under cold water. Pat dry with paper towels and chop into bite-sized pieces.
- 3
Mix the Salad
In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped romaine lettuce, garlic crouton crumbles, and shredded Parmigiano Reggiano cheese. Toss gently to combine.
- 4
Slice the Chicken
After the chicken has rested, slice it into thin strips.
- 5
Assemble the Wrap
Lay out the spinach tortilla wraps on a clean surface. Spread a tablespoon of Caesar dressing on each wrap. Evenly distribute the salad mixture and sliced grilled chicken across the wraps.
- 6
Wrap It Up
Fold the sides of the tortilla inward and then roll it up tightly from the bottom to the top. Repeat for all wraps.
- 7
Serve
Cut each wrap in half diagonally and serve immediately with additional Caesar dressing on the side if desired.
