Method

Prepare the Pistachio Crumble

    Make the Crumble

    In a bowl, combine the chopped pistachios, brown sugar, melted butter, and a pinch of salt. Mix until well combined and set aside.

Prepare the Lemon Mascarpone

    Mix the Mascarpone

    In a bowl, whisk together the mascarpone cheese, lemon zest, and powdered sugar until smooth and creamy. Set aside.

Make the French Toast

    Prepare the Egg Mixture

    In a shallow dish, whisk together the eggs, milk, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon until well combined.

    Dip the Brioche

    Heat a skillet over medium heat and add the butter. Dip each slice of brioche bread into the egg mixture, allowing it to soak for a few seconds on each side.

    Place the soaked brioche slices onto the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side or until golden brown and cooked through.

Assemble and Serve
