Burger Preparation

Form the Patty
Take the ½ lb. of ground beef and form it into a round patty approximately ¾ inch thick. Make a slight indentation in the center to help it cook evenly.

Bacon Preparation

Cook the Bacon
In a separate skillet, cook the 2 slices of Broadbent Smoked Bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and place on paper towels to drain excess grease.
Assembly

Assemble the Burger
On a bun (not included in the ingredient list), place the cooked burger patty with cheese. Layer on the lettuce, tomato slices, pickle slices, onion slices, and finally the crispy bacon on top.

Prepare the frozen French fries according to package instructions, usually by baking or frying until golden and crispy.
