Prepare the Chicken
Season the chicken breasts with salt and black pepper. Dredge each piece in flour, shaking off the excess.

Sauté the Chicken
In a large skillet, heat olive oil and 1 tablespoon of butter over medium-high heat. Add the chicken breasts and cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side, until golden brown and cooked through. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.

Make the Sauce
Pour in the Marsala wine and chicken broth, scraping the bottom of the skillet to deglaze. Let the sauce simmer for about 10 minutes, allowing it to reduce slightly.

Combine and Serve
Return the chicken breasts to the skillet, spooning the sauce over the top. Cook for another 2-3 minutes to heat through. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
