Marinating the Chicken

In a bowl, combine buttermilk, salt, black pepper, and paprika. Mix well.

Add the chicken breasts to the marinade, ensuring they are fully submerged. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight for best results.
Making the Hawaiian Sauce

In a saucepan, mix pineapple juice, soy sauce, honey, and sriracha sauce.

In a small bowl, mix cornstarch and water to create a slurry. Add to the saucepan and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until the sauce thickens. Remove from heat and set aside.
Cooking the Chicken
