Burger Patty

Method

Burger Patty Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Burger Patty

In a large bowl, combine ground pork, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix thoroughly until well combined.

  2. 2

    Form the Patties

Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape them into patties. Make a slight indentation in the center of each patty to prevent puffing during cooking.

Beer Cheese Sauce Preparation

  1. 3

    Make the Beer Cheese Sauce

In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine cream cheese, and beer. Stir until the cream cheese is melted and smooth.

  2. 4

    Add Cheese and Seasoning

Gradually add shredded cheddar cheese, stirring continuously until melted. Add Dijon mustard, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined and creamy.

Cooking the Burger

  1. 5

    Cook the Patties

Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the pork patties for about 5-6 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).

  2. 6

    Toast the Buns

While the patties are cooking, lightly toast the burger buns on the grill or in a toaster until golden brown.

Assembling the Burger

  1. 7

    Assemble the Burger

On the bottom half of each toasted bun, add a generous amount of the signature burger sauce, followed by the cooked pork patty.

  2. 8

    Add Toppings

Top the patty with beer cheese sauce, shredded lettuce, sliced tomato, and onion strings. Drizzle Sriracha bourbon BBQ sauce on top.

  3. 9

    Close the Burger

Place the top half of the bun on the assembled burger and serve immediately.
