Method

Fruit Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Strawberries

Wash the strawberries thoroughly under cold running water. Remove the stems and slice them into halves or quarters, depending on their size. Place them in a large mixing bowl.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Blueberries

Rinse the blueberries under cold water and drain them well. Add them to the mixing bowl with the strawberries.

  3. 3

    Prepare the Kiwi

Peel the kiwis with a knife and slice them into rounds or cubes. Add them to the mixing bowl.

  4. 4

    Prepare the Pineapple

If using fresh pineapple, remove the skin and core, then cut the flesh into bite-sized pieces. Add the pineapple to the mixing bowl. If using canned pineapple, drain it well before adding.

  5. 5

    Prepare the Grapes

Wash the grapes under cold water and remove any stems. You can leave them whole or cut them in half if preferred. Add them to the mixing bowl.

Mixing and Serving

  1. 6

    Combine the Fruits

Gently toss all the prepared fruits in the mixing bowl to combine them evenly without crushing the fruits.

  2. 7

    Add Optional Ingredients

If desired, drizzle honey over the mixed fruits, sprinkle with lime juice, and toss gently. Add torn mint leaves for garnish.

  3. 8

    Serve

Divide the fruit mixture into serving cups or bowls. Serve immediately for the freshest taste.
