Chicken Wings
Celery and Blue Cheese Dressing
Method
Preparation of Chicken Wings
- 1
Prepare the Chicken Wings
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Rinse the chicken wings under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels.
- 2
Season the Wings
In a large bowl, combine the chicken wings, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Toss the wings until they are evenly coated with the seasoning.
- 3
Bake the Wings
Place the seasoned wings in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, flipping them halfway through, until the wings are crispy and golden brown.
- 4
Toss with Sauce
Remove the wings from the oven and transfer them to a large bowl. Pour the buffalo sauce or BBQ sauce over the wings and toss to coat evenly.
Preparation of Celery and Blue Cheese Dressing
- 5
Prepare Celery
While the wings are baking, wash the celery stalks and cut them into 3-4 inch pieces.
- 6
Serve with Dressing
Place the celery sticks on a serving platter alongside a bowl of blue cheese dressing for dipping.
