Chicken Preparation

Prepare the Chicken
Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.

Cook the Chicken
In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the seasoned chicken breasts and cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and golden brown.

Toss in Buffalo Sauce
Remove the cooked chicken from the skillet and toss it in buffalo sauce until fully coated.

Toast the Buns
While the chicken is cooking, lightly toast the brioche buns in a toaster or on a skillet until golden brown.

Prepare the Vegetables
Slice the tomato and red onion thinly. Set aside.

Assemble the Sandwich
On the bottom half of each toasted brioche bun, place a leaf of bibb lettuce, followed by the buffalo chicken, sliced tomato, and red onion. Drizzle with dill ranch dressing and sprinkle bleu cheese crumbles on top. Finish with the top half of the brioche bun.
