Burger Preparation
- 1
Prepare the Patties
In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, salt, and black pepper. Mix gently until just combined, being careful not to overwork the meat. Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape each portion into a patty, making a slight indentation in the center to prevent puffing during cooking.

- 3
Toast the Buns
While the burgers are cooking, lightly toast the burger buns on the grill or in a toaster until golden brown.
Assemble the Burger
- 4
Layer the Ingredients
Spread a tablespoon of the signature burger sauce on the bottom half of each toasted bun. Place a lettuce leaf on top of the sauce, followed by a slice of tomato (sliced from the large tomato), a few rings of red onion, and a cooked burger patty with melted Swiss cheese.
- 5
Add Bacon Jam and Balsamic Reduction
Spoon the house made bacon jam generously over the melted cheese. Drizzle the balsamic reduction over the bacon jam for added flavor.
- 6
Finish and Serve
Top with the other half of the bun. Serve immediately with your choice of side dishes, and enjoy your Bacon Jam & Swiss Burger!
