Pork Belly

Buffalo Bleu Beurre Blanc

Method

Pork Belly Preparation

1

Preheat and Prepare

Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C). Rub the pork belly with salt and black pepper, ensuring even coverage.

2

Sear the Pork Belly

In a large oven-safe skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Sear the pork belly on all sides until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.

3

Roast in Oven

Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and roast for about 2.5 to 3 hours, or until the pork belly is tender and the skin is crispy.

4

Rest

Remove from the oven and let it rest for 15 minutes before slicing.
