Preheat the Smoker

Preheat your smoker to 225°F (107°C).

2

Cut Hotdogs

Slice the hotdogs into thirds to create pieces that can mimic burnt ends.

3

Prepare BBQ Glaze

In a bowl, mix together BBQ sauce, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.

4

Coat Hotdogs

Toss the cut hotdog pieces in the BBQ glaze until well coated.

5

Smoke Hotdogs

Place the coated hotdog pieces in the smoker and smoke for about 1 hour, stirring occasionally.

6

Add More BBQ Sauce

After 1 hour, remove from smoker, toss again in the BBQ glaze, and return to the smoker for an additional 30 minutes.

Preparation of High Brow Ranch

7

Mix Ingredients

In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, buttermilk, dried dill, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.

8

Whisk Until Smooth
