Method

Cooking Directions

  1. 1

    Caramelize Onions

In a skillet over medium heat, add a tablespoon of oil. Add the sliced onions and a pinch of salt. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the onions are golden brown and caramelized, about 15-20 minutes.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Patty

Form the ground Arkansas beef into a patty, season with salt and black pepper on both sides.

  3. 3

    Cook the Burger

Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the patty for about 4-5 minutes on one side, then flip it. Add the cheese on top and cook for another 3-4 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the burger reaches your desired doneness.

  4. 4

    Assemble the Burger

On the bottom half of the burger bun, layer the butter lettuce, followed by the sliced tomato. Place the cooked patty with melted cheese on top, followed by the caramelized onions. Add the house pickles and drizzle the burger sauce on top. Finally, place the top half of the bun.

  5. 5

    Serve

Serve the burger immediately with your choice of sides.
