1. Prepare the Ahi Tuna

Season the ahi tuna with salt and pepper. Heat a skillet over high heat and sear the tuna for about 1-2 minutes on each side until crispy but rare in the center. Remove from heat and let rest before dicing.

In a blender, combine the avocado, sour cream, lime juice, and a pinch of salt. Blend until smooth and creamy. Adjust seasoning to taste.

3. Prepare the Tacos
