Prepare Coffee

Brew Coffee
Brew 1 cup of your favorite coffee using your preferred method (drip, French press, etc.). Ensure it is hot and fresh.

Sweeten Coffee
Stir in 1 tablespoon of sugar into the brewed coffee until fully dissolved.
Mix with Liquors

Add Liquors
In the sweetened coffee, add 1 oz each of coffee liqueur, Irish cream liqueur, and dark rum. Stir gently to combine.
Make Whipped Cream

Whip Cream
In a mixing bowl, pour in 1 cup of heavy whipping cream. Add 1 tablespoon of powdered sugar and 0.5 teaspoon of vanilla extract. Using an electric mixer, whip until soft peaks form.
Assemble Capeo Coffee

Combine and Serve
Pour the coffee and liquor mixture into a heat-resistant glass. Top generously with the freshly whipped cream. Sprinkle with cocoa powder or chocolate shavings, and place a few coffee beans on top for garnish if desired.
