Prepare the Glass
Fill a copper mug or highball glass with ice.

Mix the Ingredients
In a shaker, add Mezcal Espadín, passionfruit puree, lime juice, and cucumber slices. Muddle the cucumber slices gently to release their flavor.

Shake
Add ice to the shaker and shake well until the mixture is chilled.

Strain and Serve
Strain the mixture into the prepared glass filled with ice.

Top with Ginger Beer
Pour ginger beer over the top of the cocktail to fill the glass.

Garnish and Enjoy
Garnish with a cucumber slice and a lime wedge. Serve immediately and enjoy!
