Prepare the Glass
Chill a coupe or martini glass by filling it with ice water. Set aside to cool.

Mix the Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker, combine the gin, vodka, Cap Corse, caper brine, and olive bitters.

Add Ice
Fill the shaker with ice, about 1 cup, ensuring all the ingredients are well chilled.

Shake the Cocktail
Secure the lid on the shaker and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds, until the mixture is well chilled.

Strain into Glass
Discard the ice water from the chilled glass. Using a fine mesh strainer, pour the cocktail mixture into the glass.

Garnish
Garnish with a single olive placed on a cocktail pick and add it to the drink.
