Brew the Espresso
Using an espresso machine, brew 2 shots of espresso and pour them into a shaker.

Add Sugar
Add 1 teaspoon of sugar to the espresso in the shaker. Adjust the quantity of sugar to taste if desired.

Fill the shaker with 1 cup of ice cubes. Ensure the shaker is not overfilled to allow for proper shaking.

Seal the shaker and shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds until the mixture is well combined and chilled.
