Prepare the Mixture
In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, chopped onion, egg, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.

Form Patties
Divide the mixture into four equal portions and shape each portion into a patty.

Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).

Prepare Fries
Toss the cut russet potatoes with olive oil, chopped rosemary, salt, and black pepper in a large bowl until evenly coated.

Bake the Fries
Spread the fries in a single layer on a baking sheet and bake for about 25-30 minutes or until golden and crispy, flipping halfway through.
Bearnaise Aioli

Mix the Ingredients
In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, chopped tarragon, finely chopped shallot, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Stir until well mixed.
Mushroom Au Poivre

Make the Sauce
Add heavy cream, beef broth, crushed black pepper, and salt to the skillet. Stir and let it simmer for about 5 minutes until slightly thickened.
