Prepare the Glass
Take a rocks glass and fill it with ice cubes to chill the glass.

Mix the Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker, combine the non-alcoholic gin alternative, non-alcoholic sweet vermouth, and non-alcoholic bitter aperitif.

Shake and Strain
Shake the mixture gently with ice for about 10-15 seconds to chill and mix the ingredients thoroughly. Strain the mixture into the prepared rocks glass filled with ice.

Add Sparkling Water
Top off the drink with 2 oz of sparkling water to add a refreshing fizz.

Garnish the drink with a fresh orange slice on the rim of the glass.
