Prepare the Brussels Sprouts
Trim the ends of the Brussels sprouts and remove any yellow or damaged leaves. Cut each sprout in half lengthwise.

Chop the Shallots
Peel and finely chop the shallots.
Cooking

Roast the Brussels Sprouts
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Place the halved Brussels sprouts on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Toss to coat evenly.

Add Shallots
Scatter the chopped shallots over the Brussels sprouts on the baking sheet.

Bake
Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the sprouts are golden brown and tender. Stir halfway through cooking.

Prepare Spiced-Honey Butter
In a small saucepan, melt the unsalted butter over low heat. Once melted, add the honey and stir until combined. Remove from heat and add a pinch of salt and a dash of black pepper.

Plate and Serve
