Preparation

  1. 1

    Combine the Base Ingredients

In a large pitcher, combine the Licor 43, red or white wine, and orange juice. Stir gently to mix well.

  2. 2

    Add the Fruits

Add the sliced oranges, lemons, strawberries, and peaches to the pitcher. Stir gently to incorporate the fruits into the sangria.

  3. 3

    Sweeten (if desired)

If you prefer a sweeter sangria, add the simple syrup to the mixture and stir well. Adjust the sweetness to your taste.

  4. 4

    Chill the Sangria

Refrigerate the sangria for at least 2 hours, or ideally overnight, to let the flavors meld together.

Serving

  1. 5

    Add Sparkling Element

Just before serving, pour in the club soda or sparkling water to the sangria. Stir gently to combine.

  2. 6

    Serve

Serve the sangria in glasses filled with ice, garnished with fresh mint leaves and additional fruit slices if desired.
