Gather Ingredients
Collect all the ingredients: Redemption Bourbon, Amaretto, Orange Blossom Honey, and Orange Zest.

Measure Liquors
In a jigger, measure out 2 oz of Redemption Bourbon and 1 oz of Amaretto.

Prepare Honey
Measure 1 tablespoon of Orange Blossom Honey and set aside.

Zest the Orange
Using a microplane or zester, zest an orange to obtain 1 teaspoon of orange zest. Set aside for garnish.
Mixing

Combine Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker, combine the measured Redemption Bourbon, Amaretto, and Orange Blossom Honey.

Shake
Fill the shaker with ice, secure the lid, and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until well chilled.

Strain
Strain the mixture into a chilled rocks glass filled with ice.
Garnishing

Add Zest
Sprinkle the orange zest over the top of the drink for an aromatic garnish.
