Prepare the Vegetables
Wash and slice the tomato into thin slices. Set aside.

Prepare the Peppers
Slice hot cherry peppers in half and remove seeds if desired. Set aside.
Assemble the Panini

Layer the Ingredients
Take one ciabatta roll and layer it with 2 slices of tavern ham, 2 slices of salami, sliced cherry peppers, 2 slices of provolone cheese, leaf lettuce, and sliced tomato.

Season the Filling
Sprinkle a pinch of salt and black pepper over the filling to enhance the flavor.

Top the Panini
Place the other ciabatta roll on top to complete the sandwich.
Cook the Panini

Heat the Pan
Heat a panini press or skillet over medium heat. Drizzle olive oil on the outside of the ciabatta rolls.

Grill the Sandwich
Place the assembled panini on the heated panini press or skillet. Cook for about 4-5 minutes, or until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted.

Serve the Panini
Remove the panini from the heat, slice in half if desired, and serve immediately.
