Ham, cheddar cheese, fresh tomatoes, and arugula.

Sliced turkey, lettuce, tomato, and mustard in a whole wheat wrap.

In a cocktail shaker, combine the rye whiskey, cynar, orange liqueur, clove, and egg white.

Without ice, shake the mixture vigorously for about 15-20 seconds to emulsify the egg white.

Add ice to the shaker and shake again for another 15-20 seconds until well chilled.

Strain the cocktail into a chilled coupe glass. Optionally, garnish with a sprinkle of ground clove or an orange twist.
