Prepare the Ingredients
Gather all the ingredients: dry gin, dry vermouth, olives, and lemon twist.

Mix the Ingredients
In a mixing glass filled with ice, pour 2 oz of dry gin and 1 oz of dry vermouth.

Stir the mixture gently for about 30 seconds until well chilled.

Strain the mixture into a chilled martini glass.

Garnish with an olive and/or a lemon twist.
