Prepare the Ribs
Preheat your smoker to 225°F (107°C). Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs and season them with salt, black pepper, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and brown sugar. Rub the seasoning evenly over the ribs.

Smoke the Ribs
Place the ribs in the smoker and smoke for about 4 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 190°F (88°C).

Prepare the Sides
While the ribs finish smoking, cook the french fries according to package instructions and boil or grill the corn on the cob until tender.

Serve
Once the ribs are done, remove them from the smoker, let them rest for 10 minutes, then slice. Serve with french fries and corn on the cob.
