Mix Ingredients
In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour and salt. Add the yeast mixture and olive oil. Mix until a dough forms.
- 3
Knead the Dough
Turn the dough onto a floured surface and knead for about 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic.
- 4
Let it Rise
Place the dough in a lightly oiled bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for 1 hour, or until doubled in size.
Assemble the Pizza

Shape the Dough
Once the dough has risen, punch it down and roll it out on a floured surface to your desired thickness.

Transfer the rolled-out dough to a pizza stone or baking sheet. Spread the San Marzano tomato sauce evenly over the dough. Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese on top.

- 9
Bake the Pizza
Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
- 10
Add Burrata and Basil
Remove the pizza from the oven and tear the burrata into pieces, placing it on top. Garnish with fresh basil leaves.
