Preparation Directions

   Brew Espresso

   Brew 2 shots of espresso using your espresso machine.

   Heat Milk

   In a small saucepan, heat the milk over medium heat until hot but not boiling. Remove from heat.

   Froth Milk

   Use a milk frother or whisk to froth the heated milk until it is creamy and has a light foam.

   Combine Ingredients

   Pour the espresso shots into a small cup, add the sugar, and stir until dissolved. Then, gently pour the frothed milk over the espresso.
