Cauliflower and Glaze
Method
Preparation and Assembly
- 1
Prepare Cauliflower
Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Cut the cauliflower into bite-sized florets. In a large bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil and salt until evenly coated.
- 2
Bake Cauliflower
Spread the cauliflower on a baking sheet in a single layer and roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy, flipping halfway through.
- 3
Make Sweet Chili Glaze
In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine sweet chili sauce, chili flakes, brown sugar, and lime juice. Stir until the sugar dissolves and the mixture is heated through. Remove from heat.
- 4
Toss Cauliflower
Once the cauliflower is roasted, transfer it to a large bowl and pour the sweet chili glaze over it. Toss until the cauliflower is well coated.
- 5
Prepare Aioli
In a small bowl, mix together miso, mayonnaise, minced garlic, and a sprinkle of sesame seeds. Adjust seasoning as needed.
- 6
Serve
Serve the chili crisp cauliflower topped with sliced green onions and a drizzle of the black garlic miso aioli.
