Cooking the Ribeye

Prepare the Ribeye
Remove the ribeye from the refrigerator and let it come to room temperature for about 30 minutes. Preheat your grill or skillet over high heat.

Cook the Steak
Place the ribeye on the grill or skillet and sear for 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or longer if desired. Use a meat thermometer to check for an internal temperature of 130°F.

Rest the Steak
Once cooked, remove the ribeye from heat and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
Cooking the Herbed Steak Fries

Prepare the Potatoes
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Cut the russet potatoes into wedges.

Bake the Fries
Spread the seasoned potato wedges on a baking sheet in a single layer and bake for 30-35 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
Cooking the Asparagus

Prepare the Asparagus
Trim the ends of the asparagus and place them on a baking sheet.

Drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle with salt and black pepper.

Roast the asparagus in the oven for about 10-15 minutes, until tender.
Making the Housemade Steak House Sauce

Combine Ingredients
In a bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until well combined.

Refrigerate the sauce for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
