Prepare the Eggs
In a non-stick skillet, heat a little oil over medium heat. Crack the eggs into the skillet and cook until the whites are set, but the yolks are still runny. Remove from heat and set aside.

In a large serving dish, layer the corn tortilla chips at the bottom. Pour the Salsa Roja over the chips to coat them evenly.
