Grind the Coffee Beans
Using a coffee grinder, grind the Intelligentsia Organic Black Cat Classic coffee beans to a medium-coarse consistency.

Boil the Water
In a kettle, bring 4 cups of fresh, filtered water to a boil.

Brew the Coffee
In a coffee maker or French press, combine the ground coffee with the boiling water. Let it steep for 4-5 minutes.

After steeping, pour the freshly brewed coffee into your favorite mug and enjoy it black or with your preferred milk or sweetener.
