Cook the Pasta
In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the campanelle pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Make the Cajun Cream Sauce
In a saucepan over medium heat, combine heavy cream, garlic powder, Cajun seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Bring to a simmer and cook for 5-7 minutes until slightly thickened.

Combine Cheeses
Remove the sauce from heat and stir in the sharp cheddar cheese, Monterey Jack cheese, and cream cheese until melted and smooth.

Mix Lobster and Pasta
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked campanelle pasta, lobster meat, and the cheese sauce. Mix well to ensure the pasta and lobster are evenly coated.

Prepare for Baking
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Transfer the lobster mac and cheese mixture into a greased baking dish.

Add Breadcrumbs
Sprinkle the herb bread crumbs evenly over the top of the mac and cheese.

Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and crispy.
