Blacken the salmon
Rub the salmon fillets with olive oil, blackening seasoning, salt, and pepper. Heat a skillet over high heat and sear the salmon for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until cooked through and charred on the outside.

Prepare the tomato
Slice the tomato into thick slices.

Assemble the club
Spread Duke's mayonnaise on one side of each slice of bread. On the bottom slice, layer lettuce, a piece of blackened salmon, bacon, and tomato. Top with another slice of bread and repeat the layering. Finish with a final slice of bread on top.

Serve
Cut the sandwich in half and serve with your favorite side.
