- 1
Prepare the Bread
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Slice the bread loaf in half lengthwise and spread butter on both halves. Mince the garlic and sprinkle it over the buttered bread. Place the bread on a baking sheet and bake for 10-15 minutes or until golden and crispy.
- 2
Prepare the Oysters
Shuck the fresh oysters and place them on a baking tray. Preheat your broiler.
- 3
Make the Filling
In a saucepan, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant. Stir in the lobster bisque, Parmesan cheese, parsley, salt, and pepper. Cook for 3-4 minutes until the mixture is heated through.
- 4
Fill the Oysters
Spoon the lobster bisque mixture over each oyster, ensuring they are generously topped.
- 5
Bake the Oysters
Place the tray of filled oysters under the broiler and cook for 5-7 minutes, or until the topping is bubbly and golden brown.
- 6
Serve
