Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Clean the mushrooms with a damp cloth and remove the stems carefully. Set the caps aside.

Finely chop the mushroom stems and set aside for the filling.
Filling

Make the Filling
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, minced garlic, chopped parsley, chopped thyme, chopped mushroom stems, salt, black pepper, and grated Parmesan cheese. Mix until well combined.

Stuff the Mushrooms
Using a spoon or a piping bag, fill each mushroom cap with the cream cheese mixture until overflowing slightly.
Topping and Baking

Prepare the Topping
In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, breadcrumbs, and grated Parmesan cheese.

Top and Bake
Sprinkle the breadcrumb mixture over the stuffed mushrooms. Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the mushrooms are tender and the tops are golden brown.
