Prepare the Cocktail
In a shaker, combine the Banhez mezcal, Lillet Rose, Combier de Peche, fresh lemon juice, simple syrup, and diced fresh peaches.

Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds until well chilled.

Strain and Serve
Strain the mixture into a chilled cocktail glass.

Garnish with a dehydrated peach crescent on the rim of the glass.
