Shake the Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker, combine the Beefeater gin, Aperol, ginger liqueur, and fresh lemon juice. Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds.

Strain the mixture into a chilled cocktail glass.

Top with Sparkling Wine
Gently pour the sparkling brut over the cocktail mixture in the glass.
