In a medium bowl, combine the Maine lobster meat, mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Gently fold the ingredients together until well mixed.
Assemble the Rolls

Build the Lobster Roll
Place shredded lettuce on the bottom of each brioche roll. Generously spoon the lobster salad mixture on top of the lettuce. Close the rolls and serve immediately.
