Method

Patty Preparation

  1. 1

    Make the Patties

In a bowl, combine ground beef, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Form into two equal-sized patties.

  2. 2

    Cook the Patties

Heat a skillet over medium heat. Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until cooked to your desired doneness.

Topping Preparation

  1. 3

    Caramelize the Onion

Slice the onion and cook it in the same skillet over medium-low heat for about 10-15 minutes until golden brown and caramelized.

  2. 4

    Cook the Bacon

In another skillet, cook the bacon slices until crispy. Drain on paper towels.

  3. 5

    Prepare Jalapenos

Slice the jalapenos into rings. You can remove seeds for less heat.

Assembling the Burger

  1. 6

    Assemble the Burger

On the bottom half of the burger bun, place the patty, followed by the caramelized onions, bacon, jalapenos, lettuce, cheddar cheese, and drizzle with block sauce. Top with the other half of the bun.
