Cook the Lobster
If using live lobster, bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the lobsters and cook for 8-10 minutes until they turn bright red. Remove them from the pot and let cool. Once cooled, remove the meat from the shell and chop into bite-sized pieces.

Prepare the Drawn Butter
In a small saucepan, melt the butter over low heat until fully melted. Keep warm but do not let it boil.

Combine Ingredients
In a mixing bowl, gently toss the lobster meat with half of the drawn butter and season with salt and pepper to taste.

Assemble the Rolls
Place a generous amount of shredded lettuce inside each toasted brioche roll. Top with the lobster mixture and drizzle with additional drawn butter before serving.
