Prepare the Patties
In a bowl, mix ground beef with salt and black pepper. Form into 4 equal patties.

Cook the Bacon
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.

Cook the Patties
In the skillet, cook the beef patties over medium-high heat for about 4-5 minutes per side or until desired doneness is reached.

Add Cheese
In the last minute of cooking, place a slice of cheddar cheese on each patty and cover to melt.

Make Teriyaki Mayo
In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise and teriyaki sauce. Adjust seasoning if necessary.

Assemble the Burger
On the bottom half of each burger bun, spread a layer of teriyaki mayo, then add the patty with melted cheese, followed by bacon, grilled pineapple, tomato slices, and onion slices. Top with the other half of the bun.
