Method

Fries Preparation

  1. 1

    Cut and Soak Potatoes

Wash and cut the Russet potatoes into thin strips. Soak them in cold water for at least 30 minutes to remove excess starch.

  2. 2

    Heat Oil

In a deep fryer or large pot, heat vegetable oil to 350°F (175°C).

  3. 3

    Fry Potatoes

Drain the soaked potatoes and pat them dry. Fry them in batches until they are golden brown and crispy, about 4-5 minutes. Remove and drain on paper towels.

  4. 4

    Season

While the fries are hot, season with sea salt.

Pico de Gallo Preparation

  1. 5

    Mix Ingredients

In a bowl, combine diced tomatoes, red onion, chopped cilantro, lime juice, and salt. Mix well and set aside.

Avocado Crema Preparation

  1. 6

    Blend Ingredients

In a blender, combine avocado, sour cream, lime juice, and salt. Blend until smooth and creamy.

Spicy Mayo Preparation

  1. 7

    Combine Ingredients

In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise, Sriracha, lime juice, and salt until well combined.
