Method

Prepare the Patty

  1. 1

    Form the Patty

In a bowl, combine ground beef, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Mix gently and form into two equal patties.

  2. 2

    Cook the Patty

Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until desired doneness.

Prepare Pulled Pork

  1. 3

    Mix Pulled Pork

In a small saucepan, heat the cooked pulled pork with barbecue sauce over medium heat until warmed through.

Cook Bacon

  1. 4

    Fry the Bacon

In a skillet, cook bacon strips over medium heat until crispy. Remove and place on paper towels to drain.

Fry the Eggs

  1. 5

    Fry the Eggs

In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Crack eggs into the skillet and fry until the whites are set and the yolks are cooked to your liking.

Make the Block Sauce

  1. 6

    Combine Ingredients

In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, sriracha, and lime juice until well combined.

Assemble the Burger

  1. 7

    Build the Burger

On the bottom half of each burger bun, place a patty, followed by pulled pork, crispy bacon, and a fried egg. Drizzle with block sauce and top with the other half of the bun.
