Season the ribeye steak with garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the steak for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until desired doneness. Remove from skillet and let rest before slicing thinly.
