Burger Patty

Toppings

Method

Prepare the Burger Patty

  1. 1

    Mix Ingredients

In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix thoroughly using your hands or a spoon until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.

  2. 2

    Form Patties

Divide the mixture into two equal portions and shape them into burger patties, making a slight indentation in the center to prevent puffing during cooking.

Cook the Bacon

  1. 3

    Fry the Bacon

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon slices until crispy, about 4-5 minutes per side. Once cooked, transfer the bacon to a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess grease.

Cook the Burger

  1. 4

    Grill the Patties

Preheat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the burger patties for about 4-5 minutes on one side until browned. Flip the patties, add cheddar cheese on top, and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until the cheese melts and the burger is cooked to your desired doneness.

Assemble the Burger

  1. 5

    Build the Burger

On the bottom half of each burger bun, place a lettuce leaf, followed by the cooked burger patty with melted cheese. Top with crispy bacon, a slice of tomato, and onion rings. Drizzle BBQ sauce on top before placing the top half of the bun to complete your BBQ Bacon Burger.
