Prepare the Jalapeños
Cut the tops off the fresh jalapeños and carefully remove the seeds and membranes to reduce their heat.

Set Up Breading Station
Set up three bowls: one with all-purpose flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with breadcrumbs mixed with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.

Heat the Oil
In a large pot or deep fryer, heat vegetable oil to 350°F (175°C).

Fry the Jalapeños
Carefully place the breaded jalapeños into the hot oil in batches, frying for about 3-4 minutes or until golden brown. Remove and drain on paper towels.

Prepare the Buttermilk Sauce
In a small bowl, mix buttermilk with a pinch of salt and pepper to taste for the dipping sauce.

Serve
Arrange the fried jalapeño bull horns on a plate and serve with the buttermilk sauce on the side.
