Prepare the Cheese Mixture
In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sharp cheddar cheese, mayonnaise, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined and smooth.

Add Pimentos and Kale
Fold in the chopped pimentos and finely chopped kale into the cheese mixture. Ensure everything is evenly distributed.

Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.

Toast the Buns
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Slice the burger buns into wedges and place them on a baking sheet. Brush with olive oil and toast in the oven for about 10 minutes or until golden.
