Make the Biscuits
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt. Cut in butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Stir in milk until just combined.

Shape and Bake the Biscuits
Turn the dough onto a floured surface and knead gently. Pat into a 1-inch thick round and cut out biscuits. Place on a baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.

Assemble the Sandwiches
Once the biscuits are baked, slice them in half. On the bottom half of each biscuit, place a slice of cheddar cheese, followed by scrambled eggs, and if desired, a sausage patty.

Wrap and Store
Cover each sandwich with the top half of the biscuit. Wrap individually in foil or parchment paper and store in the refrigerator or freezer for later use.
